CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
I LOVE H2O Maximize energy with weight-training and aerobics to burn fat and calories.
ARTHRITIS AQUATICS PROGRAM A recreational water exercise program for people with arthritis. Instructor is certified by the Arthritis Foundation and follows the AF guidelines exclusively. The pool is kept at an average temperature of 85 degrees, therefore, in some cases the temperature may be too low for some participants with advanced cases of arthritis. This class helps decrease the pain and stiffness, and helps improve or maintain joint flexibility.
PURE CARDIO This class gets your heart rate up and keeps it there! We begin with a warm-up and move to the cardio portion and end with stretching.
AQUACIZE/ POWER AQUA This class begins with an aerobic workout strengthening heart and lungs and ends with resistance training to improve muscle strength and flexibility
TOTAL WATER WORKOUT Aqua aerobics with a twist. Instructor includes fun tools and low intensity exercise for a totally unique workout.
MUSCLE MAX Get a full body strength training using water resistance and specialized tools. True liquid weight-room.
AQUA KICKBOXING High energy, fun cardio workout with your classic kickboxing moves.
AQUA ZUMBA Jump in to the Latin inspired easy to follow, calorie burning, dance fitness party that makes working out a splash.
AQUA TONE This class gives your muscles definition. Specialized tools are used to work abs along with upper and lower body. Class ends with stretching to promote flexibility.
AQUA LITE Enhance agility, and range of motion in shallow water and gentle use of noodles to enhance your cardio vascular and muscular workout.
