| Aqua Aerobics | Class includes a moderate to advanced aerobic workout using the resistance of the water. These water classes include fun choreography and participation drills using the aqua tools available. |
| Arthritis Aquatics Program | A recreational water exercise program for people with arthritis. Instructor is certified by the Arthritis Foundation and follows the AF guidelines for safety and procedure. The pool is kept at an average temperature of 85 degrees, therefore, in some cases, the temperature may be too low for some participants with advanced cases of arthritis. This class helps decrease the pain and stiffness and helps improve or maintain joint flexibility. |
| Ai Chi | This is a gentle flowing class similar to Tai Chi but performed in the water. It combines deep breathing with progressive movements of the arms, legs and torso. This class has cardiovascular benefits, it improves the range of motion of the joints, and it promotes relaxation. |
| Ply Chi | Plyometric movements are added to the movements used in the Ai Chi class. |
| Aqua Sculpt | This class gives your muscles definition. Specialized tools are used to work the abs along with the upper and lower body. The class ends with stretching to promote flexibility. |
| Power Aqua | This aqua aerobics class will keep you moving and energized with a higher intensity workout for the more advanced participant. |
| Aqua Circuit | This class will incorporate variety into your fitness routine. Your cardiovascular and muscular training are combined into one great workout with circuits. |
| Silver Splash | Increase strength and range of motion for coordination and balance. |
| Hydro Aqua Blast | This class is loads of fun, incorporating a variety of water tools to enhance your cardiovascular and muscular workout. |
| Aqua Belly Dance Ballet | This class will incorporate core stabilization strength and toning using graceful sensual movements set to classical and traditional Middle Eastern music. |
| Poolates | Improves core strength, balance and coordination. |
| Sillo-Wet Circuit | Intervals of cardiovascular and muscular training are combined into one great workout. |
