CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Cardio
Fat Burner Aerobics A form of exercise that uses continuous rhythmical movements and involves the larger muscles of the body which results in oxygen being used to break down fat for fuel.
Step Revival Developed 20 years ago, step training has become one of the most effective cardiovascular workouts, performing a variety of movement patterns on and off an adjustable platform. Also helps one hips and thighs.
Cardio Kick Box This is an intensive and power packed workout using basic techniques of kickboxing to develop overall endurance, speed and agility.
RevMaster Cycling An indoor cycling class that offers the ultimate intensive cardiovascular training. Prepare to sweat and rev up your metabolism.
Salsa Groove A sizzling all Latin dance workout experience with the feel of nightclub dancing.
Zumba This class fuses Latin and international rhythms of salsa, reggaton, flamenco, country, and rock & roll. Zumba is the Columbian word for "party", combines dance and fitness into one incredible workout.
Cardio Sculpt An efficient way to maximize calorie burn and shape your body by combining aerobics and sculpting methods in one workout.
Strengthening & Conditioning
Body Blast A total muscle challenge using a variety of resistance tools including the innovative equipment "My Gym". Designed to shape, tone and strengthen every muscle group in your body.
Body Sculpt Express A 30 minute muscular workout targeting problem areas such as abs, hips and arms.
Core Stretch A 30 minute session that will strengthen abs and back while improving flexibility. Using traditional Pilates and Yoga based methods, its a great compliment to any exercise program.
Mind Body Classes
Yoga A basic yoga class offering traditional poses and breathing techniques to improve flexibility, mental focus and relaxation.
Deeper Yoga This class focuses on supportive poses that are restful and rejuvenating. Relaxation through nourishing postures and simple meditation are used to renew body, mind and spirit. Typically these poses require set up and props provided by the participant.
Vinsaya Flow Vinsaya is a breath synchronized movement which includes standing poses that flow from one pose into another. Focusing on alignment, breath, and connecting mind with body as well as building physical strength.
