| Dance Groove | A workout experience with the feel and energy of dance. There couldn't be a more fun way to dance away calories. |
| Learn Step | A 30 minute instructional class for beginners! May also use time to break down or review more complex moves. |
| Saturday Special | Our club is proud of its talented instructors. Workout with your favorite one as they are featured each week showcasing their specialty. Instructor/class will be posted weekly on the schedule board. |
| Low Impact Aerobics | Work up a sweat with continuous rhythmic movements that will improve cardio respiratory endurance and burn calories. |
| Salsa Groove | This red hot salsa class encourages you to work your own style and great music that insures you to keep moving. |
| Cardio Box | Intensive and power packed workout using basic techniques of kickboxing to develop overall endurance, speed and agility. (Turbo kick is a class variation that is more fast paced with hard driving music for the ultimate motivation) |

| Awesome Abs & Buns | A 30 minute ultimate challenge for developing a stronger, firmer mid-section and buns. |
| Body Sculpt Express | No wasted time in this class, as you will get right down to serious sculpting, targeting problem areas in just half an hour. |
| Body Sculpt | Tone and define and strengthen with isolated movements. Various tools such as dumbbells, tubing, exercise ball and the step will be used to maximize muscular work. |
| Pilates | Strengthen and lengthen your entire body with a variety of pilates based routines. This class has an emphasis on developing your core strength while improving muscle tone, flexibility, posture and balance. |
| Mind Body Classes | |
| Yoga | This basic yoga will have you perform traditional poses and breathing techiques to improve flexibility, mental focus and relaxation. |
| Deeper Yoga | This class focuses on supportive poses that are restful and rejuvenating. Relaxation through nourishing postures and simple meditation are used to renew body, mind and spirit. Typically these poses require set up and props provided by the participant. |
| Vinsaya Flow | Vinsaya is a breath synchronized movement which includes standing poses that flow from one pose into another. Focusing on alignment, breath, and connecting mind with body as well as building physical strength. |
