CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Cardio
Total Body Conditioning Start your day energized with a complete body workout. This class combines cardio and resistance training utilizing the step and hand held weights.
Cycling A high intensity cardio class that simulates a cross country bicycling experience.
Aerobics Cardio Express Get fit, burn calories while improving cardiovascular endurance. This class keeps you moving by using basic to moderate choreography.
Kickbox Express A 30 minute powerful class which combines boxing and athletic moves.
Cardio Salsa Dance It's time to move it's time to groove. This aerobic dance class is dance inspired and will give you a good cardio workout.
Cardio Fusion This class is a flowing combination of several core cardio segments that consist of pilates, yoga, dance, low impact, circuit and body sculpting. This total body toning workout will stretch and strengthen your body, especially targeting your all important core muscles to help you balance and stabilize.
Cardio Kickbox A powerful class combining boxing moves with traditional aerobics for a fun, intense, athletic workout.
Strengthening & Conditioning
Sculpt and Define This body sculpting class incorporates the use of steps, weights and bands for lower and upper muscle conditioning, shaping and strength.
Pilates Strengthen and lengthen your entire body with a variety of pilate's based routines. This class has an emphasis on developing your core strength while improving muscle tone, flexibility, posture and balance.
Mind Body Classes
Yoga This proven relaxation and stretching program has endured throughout the centuries. This exercise class promotes flexibility, breathing and relaxation.
Relaxation Meditation Treat yourself to 30 minutes of relaxation and get in tune with your body by learning proper breathing and visualization techniques.
