Cardio
Kick Box This intense and power packed workout uses basic techniques of kickboxing to develop overall endurance, speed and agility.
Boot Camp This class combines both cardio and strength training using an athletic military style.
Mind & Body
Yoga This proven relaxation and stretching program has endured throughout the centuries. This exercise class promotes flexibility, breathing and relaxation.
Strengthening & Conditioning
Super Sculpting Muscle Max Tone, define and strengthen your upper and lower body by using hand held weights and tubing. Class is for all fitness levels.
