INTRODUCTION - The heart of a facility is its interfacing with customers and making sure the facility opens and closes. The front desk supervisor operates the front end, including the retail end of the business. (Operations is the act of running the facility on a day to day basis. ) MAIN FUNCTION - Here are some of the things a front desk supervisor may perform in the course of their duties:

.REQUIREMENTS - Warm and friendly personality with the ability to greet members and clients by name. Very patient and able to handle the most challenging situations. Detail oriented with numbers and paperwork. An expert on the company and policy. The ability to train, motivate and communicate well with people. Able to fill in schedules at last minute. Experience a plus. EDUCATION AND TRAINING - Some college is preferred. Knowledge of customer service or retail experience a plus. HOURS AND DAYS - Hours range from part-time evening work to split shifts, anywhere from 10 to 50 hours a week. COMPENSATION
